Order Cancellation

Customers may request to cancel an order before it has been shipped.

If a cancellation request is approved, a shipping and handling charge will be deducted, and only the remaining amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Once an order has been dispatched or is in transit, it cannot be cancelled.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the personal and edible nature of our products, Eclyne maintains a strict no-return policy.

We do not accept returns or provide refunds under the following circumstances:
• If the product packaging or box has been opened
• If the seal of the product has been tampered with
• For change of mind after delivery
• For products returned after being used

Damaged, Melted, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, melted, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, kindly provide:
• Your order number
• Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging
• A brief description of the issue

After verification, Eclyne may offer one of the following solutions at its discretion:
• Replacement of the product
• Store credit
• Partial or full refund

Requests made after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for resolution.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
